- Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next business day
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed

- Kevin M Books currently ships within the United States only
- We do not offer international shipping at this time

6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information
- Kevin M Books is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
- Additional fees may apply for reshipping returned packages
7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
- Kevin M Books is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier
- If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier first
- We will assist in filing claims when applicable
8. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:

- Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
- We will review and arrange for a replacement or refund if approved
